Jus changed the radiator fan motor and fuse. Now the fan stayed on for 5 minutes and wore the battery down after the car was shut off, what could the problem be?

I think you have a battery problem, the fan shouldn't run the battery down in 5 minutes unless the battery's bad. A low battery can sometimes cause a cooling fan to stay on too long. Besides Bob's excellent thoughts -- what was the original cause of replacing the fan motor? You could have a relay problem as well...but as Bob said, low battery voltage causes many ills...
