No power to heater controls

What is your question?

I have put in new heater controls but the temperature indicator is still off and nothing happens when I turn on the heater. I hear something open when I turn it on but that's it.

Replacing the control head does not necessarily address the problem. Have you checked fuses? Power to the module? www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
