no signal from tan and green wire out of ignition module

What is your question?

I have replaced my ignition module because of lack of signal still do not have flashing ground on tan and green wire is it possible that im not recieving neccesary signal into ignition module? If so, what wire and where does said signal come from ( possibly computer?)? Please help if possible running out of cash LOL
