What is your question?
I've been using 10-40 weight for several years. I've not had any engine problems. Although, there may be some coming up! I'm being told by Jiffy Lube it's outdated, not in use. They don't stock it anymore.

Oddly enough my information did not provide weight of oil recommended by Ford in their information. All three engines that year use hydraulic lifters so a lower viscosity oil is recommended over a straight weight oil. !0/30 would be good, most oils are good particularly if changed every 3,000 miles. We use Chevron oil and tell customers change oil every 3,000 miles. Many of our customers have 200k to 460,000 miles on their cars.
Thank you, Patrick! I do buy Chevron by the box full at Costco. Guess I can use 10-30, if 10-40 is not available. I am blowing a cloud of white smoke out the rear after idling at a stop light, occasionally. What would this indicate? I have 207K miles, not 107K.
