Engine knocking after spark plug R&R ?

I'm not entirely sure what the deal is with the oil pressure but I would try replacing the sensor. As far as the spark plugs go, if you unplugged the wires, you might not have them in the right firing order. If you just changed the plugs, they might not be gapped to the right specs.
