A repair manual tells me that the OBD Diagnostic Link Connector is located under the hood, driver side, front side of shock tower, mounted on wheelwell .

In the 1993 t-bird it is under the hood passenger side between the fire wall and the strut mount

I have a 1994 thunderbird. I found the diagnostic plug under the glovebox next to the console.
