The other night I was driving up a hill hit a big patch of ice reved pretty hard to keep from wrecking. Now my car is missing like crazy. Checked plugs wires fuel filter ever thing even vac hoses. I need help im usly grate with cars I have worked on en my whole life at first you could get on it a Lil and it would quit for some time now its even doing it in park it sounds like its got a big cam in it. Its a 4 cylinder
What makes this problem better or worse?

These 2.3L HSC 4 cylinder engines are pretty bullet-proof, but anything is possible. I'd start by performing a base engine compression test. You may find something internally has let go due to the high rev's as needed during that event.
