Hole in a/c hose ,how do I repair hose ?What can I do to fix

If the pressure blew out the hose needs to be changed and then equipment is need to evacuate and pull a vacuum in the system to make sure there are no other leaks that need to be repaired. if there are no other leaks the system needs to be recharged with the correct oil and refrigerant.
