Where is the RCU in 2014 ford Taurus
What is your question?
I am having problems with the radio not making any sound. It will turn on and you can change channels but no sound. When I turn key off it comes on
What makes this problem better or worse?
Radio makes no sound but it lights uo

Hi, not sure what you mean by "RCU" - if there is no output, first ensure there are not any attachments via Bluetooth or USB to the infotainment system. You mention it "comes on" when you turn the key off, do you mean you have sound? Remember that the audio unit can have testing performed using a diagnostic tool such as the Ford IDS tester. Have you tried a full reset of the audio system?
