Ford sync, no audio at all from speakers, and "entertainment" option missing

Recently my speakers started going out and it was just the speakers, occasionally they would work which was weird but they would all soon crackle until I turned the radio off again. This happened maybe 3 times, after the third time I thought doing the master reset option would help, but when the stereo turned back on my audio was still absent, but so was the entertainment tab. Meaning I couldn't see "FM, AM, Bluetooth, Sirus, etc. It was all gone! It's been about 2 days and still nothing, everything else in the car electronically works fine. Any advise or thoughts would be greatly appreciated, we've already checked fuses, tried resetting by unplugging the battery already. Could this be a wiring issue or sync software issue? It does not have the Sony stereo btw. Thanks!!

Sounds like a concern with the audio unit itself, unfortunately. I do not think software plays into this concern. I highly suggest a local car audio specialist have a look at it.
