What would make this car hesitate while stopped

What is your question?

2012 ford taures LT, car shutters like it's almost stalling out or isn't breathing correctly when stopped at a light and in drive. Dose it in park but not nearly as bad. Changed oil, both filters and ran top grade gas but no change.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Idoling in park-beter. Idoling in drive- worse
