The car has the wrong kind of gas and will not start. It just cranks constantly so I need to find a way to jump the fuel relay to drain the gas in the pump right now.

Hello, wrong kind of gas - what does that mean? Diesel? Or the wrong "grade" of unleaded? There is an "inertia" switch - fuel cut off switch - usually located in the passenger front kick panel area that can be toggled to prevent fuel delivery.
