What is your question?
Sometimes, the steering wheel gets really right, then really loose. In the rain, the wheel gets more loose than usual. Naturally, the steering wheel is cocked to the left and the tires are straight, but when I straighten the wheel, the tires go to the right. I scheduled an appointment with Firestone for wheel alignment, but come to the conclusion that I may need parts for the car so that it’ll be fix efficiently. I just got this car from my father so I don’t know how long this has been happening. We also had a problem of the ball joint snapping off of the lower control arm, so the tire had almost came off. We got it fixed, but I feel like you all should know that. Also, sometimes the car drifts and I’ll have to put more turning pressure on the steering wheel so that I can control the car. It gets worse in the rain and the car will start losing control and drifting off, even when I turn the steering wheel the opposite way. + the left back wheel makes scraping noise, goes away in rain
What makes this problem better or worse?
Worse in Rain

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. First of all, I would not drive this vehicle at all until it is inspected. It sounds like a major safety issue is going on here. I understand you are doing what you need to do, but at some point the safety of you, as well as the other people and drivers around you is in question. I recommend telling the vehicle to a proper repair facility, I don't necessarily recommend a place like Firestone because I don't believe they have the trained professionals you need to look at your vehicle.
