2010 Taurus-No power to center console/Defroster constantly blows hot air??

Hello, something in the "center stack" of operating components is not getting power or not working properly. Start by testing for any blown fuses and checking for power and ground. Diagnostic test equipment is needed to interface with the related modules and see if there is any communication, once you have established there is power. Everything has a module that controls it these days, and checking for proper power and networking communication is the first step to diagnosing the failure.
