What is your question?
I have a 2008 Ford Taurus that suddenly lost power,, I hooked it up to a diagnostic and it said I had a cylinder 2 misfiring code. I pulled the ignition coil pack for cylinder 2 and it was damaged. Since I never changed my spark plugs or coils I ended up replacing them all. Now I read my codes and I have a P0351 and P0354 telling me my coils are bad in the 1 and 4 cylinder. I removed the new packs and put in the better of the old ones and I am still getting the same error codes. I am smelling fuel when I let it run for a few seconds.
How long has your 2008 Ford Taurus had this problem?

Smelling fuel is a result of unburned fuel due to no or poor spark in the affected cylinders. Are you using Ford factory parts? I would always use Ford factory coils to prevent any irregularities. Aftermarket coils for Ford products, in my experience, aren't up to par. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
