Just replaced my starter on 07 taurus. Still won't start.

Hello, This sounds a lot like a bad battery, bad battery cable, corrosion on the battery terminals, or possibly an issue with the ignition switch. Of course you could have a bad main or starter relay, but you will need to test the circuit from the battery to starter to make that determination.
