information center doesn't light up

Could be fuse or a bulb, or something else. You car is very new--are you still under warranty? You should be able to get help at the dealership without any cash out of pocket.

I have the same car/same problem, can only read the Message Info. Center under hours of darkness and then its faint. Local ford dealer said its a $600 fix, the ink circuitry has cracked, unit must be removed and repaired............ Ive driven the last two years without the MIC, read the odometer at night so I know when to get an oil change. sorry for the bad news, just another bright idea by car manufacutures. ford should issue a recall on this foulup and fix it.
