If you look under the dash, there is a fuse panel. The user manual says the cigarette lighter fuse is a 20A fuse in the 21st position. After reading what fuses were in the first 6 positions I concluded you start at the bottom left corner which has no fuse and count to the right. Long story short, it is the 20A fuse on the left most column 3rd from the top.
