feul pump could have whentout are there some things i can try

Put your ear to the car and listen for a buzz while turning on the key. You should be able to hear the fuel pump when you turn on the key. After a second or two the pump will shut back off. You may need to try this a couple of times before you will recognize the sound. Sounds like a small electric motor.I think its in the fuel tank so the sound should be close to the rear of the car.
