What's going on when I try to start it?

Have you had the car put on the computer to look for any codes? Look also for some electrical and/or sensor issue. The chirping sound, sounds like it could be a belt, pulley and/or accessory problem. Have you looked for any fluid leaks under the area where your belt area is? Also, does your car give you the most problems starting after the engine is already warm? Cause, if the starter gets too hot, it can sometimes give problems wanting to start your engine. Almost forgot, you might want to check out your electrical connections. I hope this helps, good luck.
