What is your question?
I brought my 06 Ford Taurus three years ago and haven't had any problems with the car. I noticed that the RPM level is at 1000, which I was under the impression that it was suppose to be below that, can you tell me if this is an alert for me to keep my eyes open?

The idle speed should be 650-750 RPM. Your idle air control valve (IACV) could be playing up. They can sometimes be cleaned. If your check engine light were on I would say have your car scanned as various emission faults can cause an increased idle speed. Kragen or Autozone stores offer free use of their scan tools.
