I had an ignition switch put in started for about 5 months just fine then wouldn't even try to start.Mechanic put new starter on did good for about 5 to 6 months then it quit starting. Had new battery put in.started for a few months then quit. Mechanic put another starter on it has started good until yesterday now it want start again. All lights on dash comes on but it want even try to start.
How long has your 2004 Ford Taurus had this problem?

So the big question is: lots of parts replaced, what testing has been performed? No start issues - no cranking of the engine - require testing of the battery first, ensuring it is fully charged and able to handle a load. Then checking all cabling to ensure secure and free of corrosion. Then checking anti-theft systems to ensure they are disabled by the proper programming. Then checking for excessive starter draw.
