i am having brake light and turn signal problems

What is your question?

i checked for voltage back on tail lights i have it.i checked the bulbs one seems to be good the other not sure what is my problem

Can you be specific? What are they doing? Rule of thumb for me is if I replace one bulb, I do both. That's me though.
