Hello, this indicates that you have some kind of engine performances issue -- as long as the engine is cranking over in the first place, it would appear the charging system is working as designed. Fuel delivery, air to the intake manifold, ignition spark, emissions controls - all areas to inspect. I'd suspect a probably fuel / air mixture issue. Hands on testing is needed.
