My car is smoking from around the engine and it's smell as if something was buring and where the belt is there's a clicking sound and when you drive the car sometimes it act as if it doesn't want to pick up speed and there's oil all over the engine as well

Sounds like the burning smell is from an oil or fluid touching hot engine or exhaust components. A good physical inspection is needed to find out where this is coming from so It can be resolved. Clicking sound - a technician near you should hear this noise to give you advice. No way to know in this forum what that noise could be.
