What is your question?
I've had my 2003 ford taurus for only 7 months, paid 3500, was a good car until the compressor went out. Ive been told by more than one source it will cost 900-1200 dollars to fix it. It might as well be 9 million. I just need this car to last a little longer. Im told the clutch on the compressor is dangling and keeps trying to engage with the engine, causing a loud screetching noise and loss of power, undriveable. Im now walking, riding city bus. Someone tell me how to get my jalopy running again for cheap.

Try disconnecting the connector at the A/C clutch. If that doesn't work, you may have to see a mechanic to find another way of not replacing parts and still drive the car. Here's a directory link for you: http://repairpal.com/ford-repair-in-phoenix-arizona
Not sure if this can work on your car, as I am not familiar with the routing of your fan belt. I have had the same problem on several cars of my own, and what I did was to replace the fan belt with a shorter one that does not go around your AC pully. You can get a close measurement buy taking a piece of string and going around the pullies with it (omiting the AC pully of course.)
Put a shorter belt on......or just remove the fuse/relay for your compressor....
