Follow the radiator hose to the thermostat housing at the top of the engine. Engine temperature really needs to be monitored with a diagnostic tool to see if it needs replaced.

Symptoms? Overheating or heater not producing adequate heat?,( a code will be also present if the car isn't warming up properly) Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it.
