My car is moaning, whistling at times and sometimes sounds like a jet taking off

All those sounds may occur simultaneously or not. The moaning becomes less when I turn the ac off. Is it a belt? The whistling...I have no idea about that. Just started this morning. Oh, and there's a ticking sound as I'm driving along. That's new, too.
