I recently resurfaced my heads when it came time to start it and drive it it ran real good for 3 or 4 minutes and then died and wont start. I've replaced the egr back pressure sensor but to no avail. Any suggestions would help tremendously.
What makes this problem better or worse?

For what purposes were the heads resurfaced? This is a major disassembly, repair and reassembly. The 3.0L engine is not known for having heads that require resurfacing. I have seen some have cracks causing a breach of the cooling system, but no "warping". There is literally no way to even hazard a guess as to what is happening to your Taurus. Seek the guidance of a local trained tech near you.
