What is your question?
Car was running fine, cut it off and it wouldn't crank back, it's not firing. Diagnostic code said module that reads the key code was bad, replaced and that didn't fix it, no codes now. Mechanic says there are 3 wires that tell it to fire, one is sending signal, the other 2 are not. He thinks it may be a computer issue. Any suggestions? How much will it cost to replace the computer?

It could be the little grey box at the very front of the hump in the floor, close to the firewall and under the heater plenum. Or it could be the EEC module that is on the engine side of the firewall at top not centered but off to the passenger side a bit. There will be a wiring harness connection with a bolt through it. Check the auto salvages there find out which ones will work in your car. Even though the ECC could be not the same numbers and letters, but will work just fine. Check inertia switch as well, it is located on the right trunk side behind the panel. It might have been tripped which would keep the fuel pump from working.
