Neither of the front seatbelts will retract and now the passenger seatbelt cannot be pulled out either. How do I remove the seatbelt housing?

The b-pillar trim has to be removed to access the seat belt retractors. Slide the seat in the far forward position for move working room.

Carefully pry it or use trim tools.
