leaking valve cover gaskets

What is your question?

valve cover gaskets leaking oil. very noticed on left front valve cover. can i remove the valve cover and spray clean the valve cover and head and reseal with rtv sealer? or get new gasket set for $60.00 and seal it all up with rtv sealer?

use the new gaskets as reccomended by the manufacturer,then apply a light coat of rtv to hold the gasket only. Roy
