What is your question?
I have a 2001 Ford Taurus Wagon (SES). 170K miles. 3.0 L Vulcan Engine. I have had the wheels rotated and balanced. I changed the oil and filter. I installed new front wheel bearings, rotors, brake Calipers, brake pads, lower ball joints and brake hoses on the Driver and Passenger sides. The Driver's side brakes heat up badly to the point you can smell the brakes burning and the new brake caliper has rust from the heat. If I drive at highway speeds (55 to 70 mph) the car will get severe vibration through the steering column forcing me to slow down and put on the hazard lights. Even at speeds of 45 mph I get drivers side brake overheating. What could be causing this?
What makes this problem better or worse?
The problem worsens at highway speeds.
How long has your 2001 Ford Taurus had this problem?
Couple of months now.

Hello, was your "overheating" condition occurring before all this work was performed? A total guess, but the anti-lock brake system hydraulic control unit can be negatively affected by brake by forcing brake fluid back through the system at times. It's hard to say for sure, and that's one hell of an expensive guess. I would definitely recommend testing first.
