Really hard to say what the problem might be, but conventional wisdom would say that maybe something got unplugged that did not get plugged back in. Return to the service facility - they should be able to check it out for you complimentary, hopefully.

they might of unplugged a sensor that didn't plugged back in, like power steering pressure switch. or could be other problem unrelated to that repair. If they won't check it out again for free take it to a auto parts store near you for free scan of codes and see what shows up.
