Noise Turning Steering wheel

Only when I go to make a turn and its cold, this is inside the car. Nothing happening with the steering.

You could have a dry steering shaft bushing. It may need lubed. The trim could also be causing the noise...only you can really tell the source of the noise and whether its deeply down the column or near the wheel itself.
