my break light fuse keeps going out and i have to constantly change the fuse...

you have a direct short some where in your wiring. Check back by your tail lights and make sure all the wires are taped up good and there is no bare wires or any excessive corrosion. Youu could also have a problem at the fuse box with corrosion of the wires there. A multimeter would be a great tool for this project.
