Anti freeze coming out of coolant tank?

What is your question?

Coolant keeps coming out of coolant tank and it spikes all the way up while I'm driveig drops back down but doesn't overheat again, and the temp gauge never stays steady always goes from middle to cold.

You may have a thermostat stuck closed, fans not working, blockage in the cooling system. Many things can cause a car to overheat. Start by checking to see if the fan works.
