not bad. you have to remove the o2 sensor from the head pipe to get to the bolts. the head pipe must be loosened up for flexibility. the pan has to be removed carefully as not to bend the baffles. it pays about 2.2 hours in a shop. Roy

It really depends on which engine option that your Taurus has, the options are: 3.0L V-6 OHV VIN # U or the 3.0L V-6 DOHC 24valve VIN # S if you are unsure you can look at your VIN# (vehicle identification number) and look at the 8th digit to find out!
