oil light is on car died making noise

If the oil light is on and the engine is making a noise it is likelt the engine has no oil pressure. The light comes on at very low pressure so if it on with the engine running the engine is likely being damaged. Disable the ignition, unscrew the oil filter and crank over the engine oil should gush out if it doesn't the engine has NO oil pressure and should not be run.

First things forst. Do not start the engine until you are sure the vehicle has the proper amount of oil. If the oil level is correct have the vehicle towed to a shop for inspection. There is internal blockage or failure.
