Air conditioning was working now fan isn't blowing

What is your question?

At first, the ac began staying on even when you turned the car off. You had to manually shut it off with the knob. Then, the air stopped blowing altogether. The fan isn't blowing but the vents are still cold.

What makes this problem better or worse?
