fuses ok nothing on tracks ,no plugs unplugged, I use the side switch and nothing not even the motor trying... back switch??

To diagnose this, first test for available power to the switches. If power is present, at our shop we would jump the switch to bypass it to test the circuits and the seat motors. I suspect a faulty switch also.
