Oil pan gasket is pushed out completely on front main.

What is your question?

What would cause this problem? I thought it might be a bad oil cap building up excessive pressure in the crank case. The oil pan gasket by the front main is about 4-1/2" between bolts probably the weakest link. Is this the cause? If not what is it?
