94 Ford Taurus will not start battery has to be jumped every time blinkers stopped working horn doesn't work in airbag light used to flash all the time all that is that related to each other in some certain way

When I first bought the car 6 months ago. It's sat for 4 yrs for four years wasn't turned over not once. I noticed when I first. The car the airbag light was on and that started to Blink 5 times repeatedly ,constantly and it made a weird noise in the glove box. That all stopped about the same time as the blinkers stopped working .the the horn stopped working.now to go anywhere I have to get a jumpstart.Once I get it running. It will stay running till i turn it off I have to get a jump. I just put this new battery in 3 days ago. And it died on me today my second battery in just a couple days.Can all this be related before the jump-starting started I did notice the battery light was on then it would flicker . Now it stays on .even when the new battery was put in the light never turned off
