My son's 1992 Taurus stalls when he is slowing down to make a turn.

Or when making a 3 point turn. All the dash lights come on then the engine quits. This does not happen all the time nor does there seem to be a pattern or similar condition each time. Some times it starts back up and some times he has to wait a few minutes to start it. Check engine light is not on. Thanks for your help.
