when its cold outside my fan for heater and signal lights wont work

I hate leading people down the wrong direction or diagnosing without touching the vehicle,but I have replaced literally hundreds of turn signal/multi function switches and blower motors in my 20 years with ford. Not telling you that's what it is but the duck is quacking! also make sure the connectors look good for the blower motor.
