You can try to get a few cans of dry gas, maybe about a gallons worth and put it in the tank. You might get luck and dry out that water.

i have always been told that rubbing alcohol, 180 proof vodka, and wd 40 will dry out all of the water in the tank plus all three are flammable as gas so it will burn out. you dont have to put all of them in you can just choose one.
