2011 Ford Ranger has full power won't turn over

has new battery and have check it , have 3 keys using any one makes on difference

What are you using to test your battery and vehicle? What does "full power" mean?

when you turn key on every thing works even all lights . (had battery checked at auto parts store tested good) just won't turn over

Certainly could be a problem within the instrument cluster (IPC), but it's pretty unusual. Won't be able to find out much more without testing being performed, unfortunately.
