What is your question?
07 Ford ranger 4.0 automatic. After it warms up it stalls while driving down the road just like shutting the key off. It drops down to about 40 miles an hour and all by itself It's running again. The long er I drive it at the more frequent this occurs.I have replaced ignition switch on the column, replace ECM, replace coil pack, replaced cam ,and crank sensors, replaced mass air flow sensor and connector. this all started after a 2,500 mile trip from Las Vegas to Central Pennsylvania.Replaced alternator. The only code I have ever gotten was, voltage out of range.Does not set any codes so no check engine light. I also put fuel pressure gauge on it and drove, No drop in fuel pressure.I'm the original owner the truck has 46,000 mi on it. I don't know people have been questioning the coolant temp sensor for the ECM? Please help I'm desperate. 😥
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, my first issue is with all the unnecessary components that were replaced on this vehicle. No way a PCM is causing a problem for you, for example. The guesses can actually make matters worse. You have monitored fuel pressure at the engine while the stalling is actually occurring? A cheap guess would be to replace the PCM and fuel pump relays. This is a low percentage possibility, but very cheap. Typically a failure like you speak of, absent any trouble codes, lends it self to a fuel delivery issue. But it's impossible to say until you can duplicate the concern during testing.
