What is your question?
Popping noise while driving that seems to be coming from the front end, is felt in the steering and turns. Does it both at high and low speeds. When the truck picks up speed, the popping sound speeds up as well.

Hello, Is this a 4WD Ranger, or rear wheel drive only? 4WD would immediately make me suspect universal joints, axles, and differential. Especially if the noise is limited to turning, I would suspect the axles.
Hello, It's just rear wheel drive. The noise happens while driving & while turning. Noise speeds up when truck speeds up, slows down when truck slows down.
Hey It's rear wheel drive. Noise occurs while driving and turning. Speeds up when truck speeds up, slow down when truck slows down.
OK, Do you have an play in your steering wheel? How do the shocks feel? If you raise the tires and spin it, do you hear the noise? Try shaking the driveshaft to see if the front universal joint is loose.
