A/C& heater blower inop.

What is your question?

Blower works on all speeds, when I remove relay under hood and use jump wire in it's place. All fuses good. Resistor good. Blower switch is good.

How long has your 2004 Ford Ranger had this problem?

A couple weeks. Problem started all at once.
